Refund Policy
At Hareword, we are committed to providing high-quality translation services to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your translation, we will do our best to make it right.
Our refund policy for translation services is as follows:
1- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your translation, please contact us within seven days of receiving your completed translation.
2- We will review your request and, if we determine that the translation does not meet the standards of quality set forth in our agreement with you, we will provide you with a full or partial refund at our discretion.
3- In the event that you request a refund, we will also provide you with a revised translation at no additional cost.
4- If you are not satisfied with the revised translation, you may request a second review. If we determine that the revised translation still does not meet the standards of quality set forth in our agreement with you, we will provide you with a full refund.
5- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of our determination.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to translation services that have been completed to your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns about our refund policy, please contact us.
